The main functions of luggage edging strips include protecting the edges of luggage, enhancing durability and aesthetics. By covering the edges of the suitcase, the edging strips can effectively prevent the edges from wear and tear and scratches, thus prolonging the service life of the suitcase. Additionally, edgebanding strengthens the structural strength of the suitcase, prevents the internal materials from being exposed, and protects the contents of the suitcase by preventing the ingress of dust and moisture.
Material and Characteristics of the Edge Band
Luggage edging strips are usually made of materials such as PVC, PU or PP . These materials are lightweight, strong, waterproof and dustproof, and can protect the edges of the luggage well, and are easy to clean and maintain.

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
